The Lansing Gift Show

We invite you to show with us for the Lansing Gift Show wholesale buyer's market.
The show will take place March 8-10, 2009 at the Lansing Center in Downtown Lansing Michigan. To secure a space at the show please return
the
contract with appropriate deposit amount.
Eligibility: Only gift and souvenir manufacturer's representatives selling on the wholesale level direct to retailers will be permitted to exhibit. No cash and carry sales will be permitted. No craft or retail booths of any type will be allowed. This show is not open to the public. Only qualified retailers will be admitted.
Set-up:
Thursday, March 5, 12:00 noon - 8 p.m.
Friday, March 6, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday, March 7, 8 a.m. - 12 midnight
Lansing
Center loading docks provide easy access to show floor
Show Hours:
Sunday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Monday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Tuesday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Booth Description: Booths are sold in 10' wide x 10' deep increments defined by pipe and drape booth material. Multiple booth spaces are available.
What's Included: Booths include; pipe and draping necessary to define space, 1 draped table, 2 chairs, booth sign, trash receptacle, rep name badges, listing in show directory.
Show Services: Well in advance of the show dates, you will be sent a complete information packet to help you prepare for the show. Included with this packet will be a request form for extra tables, name badges, etc.
Union: Yes, the Lansing Center is a Union venue. Exhibitors, however, are permitted to back their own vehicles to the loading dock, unload and move own merchandise to their booths completely unrestricted. Exhibitors may also plug in own 110v. electrical with out restriction.
Shipping: Drayage service will be handled by our booth decorator. More info will follow with your confirmation packet. We believe you will find their pricing to be very fair. No parcels may be shipped directly to Lansing Center.
Hotels: If you would like to book hotel accommodations in Lansing early, the
Radisson Hotel is close to the Lansing

We will be doing another show at Lansing Center in August, 2009. A contract for this show will be put in your booth on Tuesday morning,
March 10, 2009, giving you first choice of booth space.
